ABOUT US
Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.

-Aristotle
We foster an environment where all students can love and serve Christ. We help them tap into their greatness and use it to positively impact their communities. Additionally, our Parent University which provides free quarterly workshops and seminars, gives parents helpful tools to aid in their child's academic success. We are called to minister to families, and are committed to making this world a better place, one family at a time.

Welcome to Heritage Leadership Academy!

ACADEMICS
We are committed to students becoming independent thinkers, active problem-solvers, inquisitive readers, diligent researchers, prolific writers and articulate speakers. To ensure every student reaches these attainable goals, we provide a student-centered program that promotes academic excellence through enriched, rigorous inter-disciplinary curricula. The Illinois Learning Standards and Common Core are embedded in the foundation of our curriculum.
By integrating meaningful technology into innovative classroom settings, our students engage in a blended learning format that is sure to individualize student achievement. In essence, students learn at their own pace. This approach allows teachers to provide more one-on-one time with students.

Students take the NWEA (Map) to monitor progress throughout the school year.
