Mrs. Danyale Woods
Principal Woods is a seasoned leader with an impressive background in education and organizational leadership. She has served at some of the top Christian schools dedicated to African-American students, where she honed her skills in creating supportive, high-achieving learning environments.
Her experience extends beyond education, including impactful work with the Cook County Office of the President and her own consulting practice. Her leadership style combines empathy, vision, and a deep commitment to nurturing every student's potential.

Mr. Darius Woods
With 16 years at Booth, Mr. Woods brings unparalleled expertise in organizational management and operations. His analytical approach and strategic insight have been instrumental in shaping the systems and processes that keep Heritage Leadership Academy running smoothly.
